刘淑萍1987年毕业于山东牧校,同年7月分配到惠民县肉联厂工作。由于她工作努力,踏实肯干,短短几年,就当上了业务科长。然而好景不长,随着食品行业生产的急剧滑坡,她所在的企业开始不景气。1996年初,刘淑萍被迫离开了自己工作多年的岗位,成为众多下岗职工中的一员。
Liu Shuping graduated from Shandong Animal Husbandry in 1987 and was assigned to Huilong Mianlian Plant in July of the same year.
