本文介绍了使整体模充分发挥作用的模内铲边及整体帽的设计和使用效果。结果表明:在整体模内加上20~30mm的铲边,可使钢锭自动脱模率提高10~40%,模耗下降10~15%;采用整体绝热帽配合整体模,由于其保温性能良好,能有效地补缩锭身,使钢锭质量得以改善。整体模以简化炉后操作、减轻工人劳动强度等优点而逐渐取代戴帽模,模内铲边及整体绝热帽的应用将使其更加完善。
This article describes the design and use of in-mold shovels and integral caps that make the overall mold fully functional. The results show that adding 20 ~ 30mm shovel edge in the whole mold can increase the automatic mold release rate of steel ingot by 10 ~ 40% and the die loss by 10 ~ 15%.
