Booz & Squibb Co. has decided to add the drug’s label to its case of death from four pancreatitis caused by its nucleoside analog product didanosine (Videx). The company said that in the assessment of Dannoxin and the company’s another nucleoside drug stavudine (stavudine, Zer it) phase III clinical trials, there have been reports of such fatal cases
