本文分析44例陈旧性心肌梗塞病人的心机图和心阻抗图各参数的变化。发现:前壁心梗病人的PEP/LVET,a/E-o。比值与正常人对照有显著性差异。而下壁心梗病人的PEP/LVET比值则无明显差异。前壁心梗病人和下壁心梗病人的心阻抗图的dz/dt-max,z/dz/dt-max,o/dz/dt-max以及图形与正常人对照有显著性差异,而Q—Z间期SVI,CI参数与正常人对照则无统计学的意义。
This article analyzes 44 patients with obsolete myocardial infarction cardiogram and cardiac impedance map of the various parameters of the change. Found: anterior wall myocardial infarction patients PEP / LVET, a / E-o. Ratio and normal control were significantly different. The inferior myocardial infarction patients PEP / LVET ratio was no significant difference. The cardiac impedance plots of dz / dt-max, z / dz / dt-max and o / dz / dt-max in acute myocardial infarction patients and inferior myocardial infarction patients were significantly different from those in normal controls -Z interval SVI, CI parameters and normal controls were not statistically significant.
