近年来电子学的研究取得了惊人的成果。尤其是半导体的诞生给各个领域带来了革命性的变革。计算机的发展促进了各种传感器的研制,由电子眼和电脑组成的实时自动控制生产线成为主流。煤矿也不例外,目前正在朝最终以遥控化、井内无人化为目标的计算机控制方向发展。但是,由于受自然条件或井内现场特殊条件的限制,目前,进行实时自动控制,或远距离自动控制还是困难的。
