目的：检测4HPR对KB、SCB－5e肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法：运用SRB实验法。结果：4HPR对于KB细胞，作用48、72h后抑制作用较为明显；对于SCB－5e细胞，作用72h后出现抑制作用。结论：4HPR对KB、SCB－5e两种肿瘤细胞的生长均有抑制作用。其抑制程度与4HPR的浓度、作用时间呈正相关。
Objective: To detect the inhibitory effect of 4HPR on KB and SCB-5e tumor cells. Methods: Using SRB experimental method. Results: The inhibitory effect of 4HPR on KB cells was obvious at 48 and 72h, and at 72h, the inhibitory effect was observed in SCB-5e cells. Conclusion: 4HPR can inhibit the growth of both KB and SCB-5e tumor cells. The degree of inhibition and 4HPR concentration, duration of action was positively correlated.
