近几年,我县各社、队新扩茶园较多。许多社、队茶场,由于狠抓了茶苗的管理,茶苗齐,长势好;而少数管理不好的地方,则发生严重缺株、断行。实践告诉我们:当年生幼龄茶园,茶苗根系浅,对外界环境的抵抗力弱,特别是干旱季节,稍不注意,便易造成大量死苗。因此认真抓好当年生幼龄茶园的抗旱保苗工作十分重要。根据与贫下中农的座谈与一些单位调查,有如下几点体会:

According to discussions with some poor middle peasants and some units, the following experiences have been made:
