陕西咸阳秦都区农村饮水工程目前存在着饮水工程渧后满足不了城镇化步伐的需要,农村水源保护范围难以落到实处,群众对饮水安全意识淡薄,工程运行管理存在一定难度等诸多问题,适应城镇化建设需要,农村饮水工程须加强管理机构建设,加强农村饮水安全教育,抓好水价核定和收费工作等,使农村供水工程建设和管理步入健康及良性轨道。
