专业课程改革是学校最为重要的一个战略问题及解决主要问题的重要途径,如何实现专业课程改革目标,可以借助专业课程“三步走”的改革模式,探索职业教育发展新途径:第一步从宏观层面布局,整合教学资源,以市场需求设置专业,找准办学及专业发展方向;第二步从中观层面切入,形成多方参与的专业建设机制,专业课程设置由校企共同研讨决定,课程开发由学校和企业的教师与工程师共同参与,为学生提供更多课程选择以满足个性发展需求;第三步从微观层面做文章,加大课堂教学改革力度,探究幸福课堂的有效模式,追求师生共同享受幸福教育的快乐。
