采用ＡＰＡＡＰ法，用小鼠抗大鼠Ｔ细胞表型的单抗测定抗喘药双奇保肺冲剂（以下简称“冲剂”）对大鼠外周血中Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ４细胞、ＣＤ８细胞数及ＣＤ４细胞与ＣＤ８细胞数的比值的影响，并测定对其免疫器官重量的影响。环磷酰胺（ＣＹ）为药物对照组。结果显示“冲剂”可显著降低被ＣＹ增高的大鼠ＣＤ８细胞数，明显增高被ＣＹ降低的ＣＤ４细胞与ＣＤ８细胞的比值。冲剂使大鼠脾脏重量及胸腺重量增加。结果表明：“冲剂”有增强免疫功能的作用。

Granules increased spleen weight and thymus weight in rats. The results showed that “granules” have the effect of enhancing immune function.
