用γ—射线辐照花朱顶红(Hippeastrum vittatum)干种子后,出现了植株形态和花色性状突变,并选育出花被为乳白色和嵌合色有观赏价值的突变体。1984年,选用花朱顶红种(花被裂片为红色,中心为浅黄色)的干种子,用Co~(60)—γ射线10KR辐照,以不辐照为对照,分别播种。1987~1988年先后开花,并出现了明显的花色突变。经观察、选育,获得了几种稳定的突变类型。
After the seeds of Hippeastrum vittatum were irradiated with γ-rays, the morphological and floral characters of plants were observed. And the ornamental mutants with milky white and chimeric colors were selected for breeding. In 1984, dry seeds of Amaryllidaceae (with red lobes of perianth lobes and light yellow center) were selected and irradiated with Co ~ (60) -γ rays at 10KR. 1987 ~ 1988 has flowering, and there have been obvious color variations. After observation, breeding, access to several types of stable mutations.
