一种具有复合搅拌作用的装置,其特点是采用了行星轮传动的复合搅拌方式,其中包括主搅拌齿轮轴组件、两个行星搅拌齿轮轴组件、分别固联于三个轴上的搅拌桨等。操作时,位于反应器筒体中央的主搅拌齿轮轴在动力装置带动下转动,同时在齿轮啮合传动下两个行星搅拌齿轮轴既有公转又有自转两种运动,因此实现了复合运动搅拌。相对于单一轴搅拌,三轴复合作用搅拌具有搅拌效果好、传热效率高等优点。
