通过将两种羟基含量相同、黏度不同的PVB,分别与PVC进行共混制备微孔膜,可以改善PVC膜性能.利用扫描电镜(SEM)对PVC/PVB共混膜进行了微观结构分析,并测试了PVC/PVB共混膜水通量和截留率.结果表明:加入PVB后改变了铸膜液的分相过程,从共混膜SEM照片的断面结构可见其皮层厚度增加,指状孔减少,且形成较多的界面微孔;两种PVC/PVB共混膜性能有一定的改善,水通量及截留率均有不同程度的提高.并且利用制备的PVC/PVB膜对造纸黑液进行了处理.
