1 概况薄山宾馆拟建三层,砖混结构,部分框架,主体标高11.1m,面积3012m~2,占地1500m~2,是一座集餐饮、住宿、会议于一体的综合服务楼,宾馆楼基础选择在薄山水库大坝下游,原为故河道,后经人工沙石填筑而成的地域。地质勘探结果表明在8.0m深度范围,地层可划分为三层,自上而下为人工杂填土、粉土,含砾粉土,其承载力标准值分别为80kPa、60kPa、120kPa。由于场地地层条件较差,无法满足建筑物荷重要求。2 地基处理方案的选择
