一、前三季度税收收入总体情况2010年前三季度全国税收总收入完成55957.37亿元,同比增长24.2%。(一)税收收入增长的主要特点一是税收总收入增长较快,但仍属于恢复性增长。前三季度税收收入增长比较快,主要是因为2009年基数较低的影响,若将其与2008年同期的税收总收入进行比较,则两年间年均增长率仅为12.6%,远低于金融危机前的税收增速,仍属于恢复性增长。
