幼儿园课程领导是对传统课程管理方式的超越,实现了由科学主义到人本主义的嬗变,它不仅是学前教育课程改革的总体要求,也是各幼儿园谋求内涵发展的必由之路。在新旧课程理念交织碰撞的转型期,幼儿园课程建设主要面临着课程领导意识淡薄、课程领导组织失效、课程领导素养低下的实践困境。总的来说,可以通过塑造课程愿景、构建课程领导共同体、推进园本课程规划等策略来推动幼儿园课程领导的革新。
Kindergarten curriculum leadership is beyond the traditional curriculum management methods, to achieve the evolution from scientism to humanism, which is not only the overall requirements of pre-school curriculum reform, but also the kindergarten to seek the connotation of the development of the road. In the transition period where the old and the new curriculum ideas are intertwined and collided, the construction of kindergarten curriculum is mainly confronted with the practical dilemma of weak leadership awareness of the curriculum, failure of the leadership organization of the curriculum and low quality of the leadership of the curriculum. In general, we can promote the innovation of kindergarten curriculum leadership by shaping the curriculum vision, constructing curriculum leadership community and promoting the planning of this course.
