川崎病(MCLS)可引起冠状动脉(CA)病变,为小儿时期冠状动脉心脏病的重要原因。1976年Weyman等应用二维超声心动图(2DE)显示左主冠状动脉(LMCA)后,1984年Satomi等报告用多平面、多角度观察冠状动脉近端和远端各分支,为无创性检查CA病变提供了较有前途的方法。近年国内已有为数不多报告。我院1988年1月~1989年12月应用2DE较系统地检查川崎病38例(106例
