Project Overview The main raw material of the project is rice husk ash, which is made into a hollow brick by adding cementitious materials and admixtures to be pressed by a mixer. It is suitable for the construction of non-load-bearing walls in high-rise buildings and can replace aerated concrete blocks (an anti-vibration brick widely used nowadays). It has been applied in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Hainan. Product features 1. Low production costs. It is about 80% cheaper than aerated concrete blocks. 2. Anti-seismic function. According to tests conducted by the Hainan Provincial Institute of Construction Engineering, the use of this material can reduce the weight of a building by 20% compared to its own weight when using aerated concrete blocks.
