作为农村基础设施,公路工程建设是否完善是确保农村经济社会发展和农民生产生活改善的物质基础,也是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。由于我国农村公路建设发展速度较为缓慢,相关部门只有加快农村公路建设,才能积极促进农业稳定发展、农民持续增收,社会主义新农村建设稳步前进。本文主要对制约农村公路建设的主要因素及加快农村公路建设推动农村经济发展的措施进行了分析与探究。
As a rural infrastructure, the construction of highway projects is perfect to ensure that rural economic and social development and improvement of production and living of peasants material basis, but also an important part of building a new socialist countryside. Due to the relatively slow pace of development of rural road construction in our country, relevant departments can only actively promote the steady development of agriculture, increase the incomes of farmers and make steady progress in the construction of a new socialist countryside, only by speeding up rural road construction. This paper mainly analyzes the main factors restricting the construction of rural roads and the measures to speed up the rural road construction and promote the rural economic development.
