县级业余体校的训练工作,从体育训练角度来讲,属于基础的基础,从某种意义上说是选拔和发现人才,所以每年进出的比例都比较大。我们从学生的前途角度考虑,没有一个比较扎实的文化基础是不行的,也不能适应现代社会的要求。因此,我们始终把文化课教学当作学校的中心工作,结合体校特点,坚持因材施教的原则,不失时机地抓好教学工作。
At the county level amateur sports school training, from the sports training point of view, is based on the foundation, in a sense that is the selection and discovery of talent, so the proportion of access each year are relatively large. From the perspective of the students’ future, we can not do without a solid cultural foundation and can not meet the requirements of modern society. Therefore, we have always regarded the teaching of culture as the school’s core work, combined with the characteristics of physical education schools, adhere to the principle of individualized teaching, seize the opportunity to do a good job teaching.
