目的:探究妇科器械清洗流程的优化并分析其消耗成本。方法:抽取2010年12月-2012年12月我院收集的96个人流包进行研究分析,随机分为A、B、C组,A组由临床科室负责冲洗及多酶浸泡,供应室统一收回并进行相应预处理后上机清洗;B组临床科室不做相关处理,供应室收回后进行预处理后上机清洗;C组临床及供应室不做预处理,直接上机清洗,分析比对三组的清洗时间、消耗物质成本。结果:在清洗质量、清洗时间及物质消耗成本等方面,A组均优于B、C两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床处理和供应室预处理对于妇科器械的清洗具有重要意义,可有效缩短清洗时间、提高清洗质量及降低清洗成本。
Objective: To explore the optimization of gynecological device cleaning process and analyze its cost of consumption. Methods: A total of 96 flow packets collected from December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into A, B and C groups. Results: In terms of cleaning quality, cleaning time and material consumption cost, group A was superior to group B and C, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Clinical treatment and pretreatment of supply room are of great significance for the cleaning of gynecological instruments, which can effectively shorten the cleaning time, improve the cleaning quality and reduce the cleaning cost.
