有这么一批能够对中央最高经济决策施加影响的经济学家,人称“决策圈经济学人”。十一届三中全会以来的20余年,经济理论的每一次重大突破并被决策层接受直至写进党中央文件、政府工作报告,都凝聚着这类经济学人的贡献。这其中有一位被称为“中国改革理论先驱”与“中国市场经济理论之父”的经济学家,他就是2001CCTV中国经济年度人物大奖获得者———吴敬琏。
There are so many economists who can exert influence on the supreme economic decision of the Central People’s Government, people called “decision-making economists.” For more than 20 years since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, every major breakthrough in economic theory and its acceptance by policy makers until the documents written by the Central Government and the government work report all embody the contributions made by these economists. Among them is an economist who is known as “pioneer of China’s reform theory” and “the father of China’s market economy theory.” He is the winner of 2001 CCTV China Economic Personality Award --- Wu Jinglian.
