许晓军:中国劳动关系学院工会学系教授,从事工会理论、劳动关系理论和劳动社会学教学、科研工作二十余年,目前正主持国家社会科学基金项目“构建社会主义和谐劳动关系研究——工会博弈行为与和谐劳动关系的建构”。许晓军参与撰写和主编了《中国工会的社会责任》等四部学术专著;在《中国社会科学》为代表的核心学术期刊及《工人日报》等报刊上发表学术论文和调查报告七十余篇。
Xu Xiaojun: Professor, Department of Labor Union, China Institute of Industrial Relations, engaged in trade union theory, labor relations theory and labor and social science teaching and research work for more than 20 years, is currently chaired by the National Social Science Fund Project “to build a socialist harmonious labor relations research - Trade union game behavior and harmonious labor relations construction ”. Xu Xiaojun participated in composing and editing four academic monographs such as “Social Responsibility of Chinese Trade Unions,” and published more than 70 academic papers and survey reports in newspapers and periodicals such as the core academic journals such as “China Social Science” and “Workers’ Daily”.
