研究建立了尿液中盐酸氟桂嗪的荧光分光光度法。样品经NH3·H2 O碱化后 ,用乙酸乙酯提取 ,水浴挥干乙酸乙酯 ,残留物用 0 .1ml/LHCl溶解 ,在激发波长 2 6 0nm、发射波长 310nm处测定荧光强度。尿液中盐酸氟桂嗪的最低检测浓度为 10ng/ml,浓度在 1.0~ 2 0 0 .0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9813)。平均回收率为 98.1% ,RSD为 5.7% (n =9)。
Fluorescence spectrophotometry of flunarizine hydrochloride in urine was established. The sample was alkalized by NH3 · H2 O, extracted with ethyl acetate, evaporated to dryness in ethyl acetate, and the residue was dissolved in 0.1 ml / LHCl. The fluorescence intensity was measured at an excitation wavelength of 260 nm and an emission wavelength of 310 nm. The minimum detectable concentration of flunarizine hydrochloride in urine was 10 ng / ml with a good linearity (r = 0.9813) over the range of 1.0-2.0 0 μg / ml. The average recovery was 98.1% and the RSD was 5.7% (n = 9).
