本文报道了烟叶复烤工人受职业危害情况,该厂各车间内空气中烟草尘时间加权平均浓度为12.1~57.9mg/m~3飘尘中游离SiO_2含量在5%左右,霉菌培养以根霉菌为主,108名接触烟草尘无吸烟史,工龄在15年以上的工人中明确诊断烟草尘肺5例,检出率为4.6%,X线表现主要为间质性改变,以不规则形S·t阴影改变为主,肺通气功能轻度损害占14.7%,提示烟草尘对工人健康有一定程度影响,必须引起重视,确定做好防尘工作。烟草尘对工人的危害目前仅有少量极道[3.5]而且均为卷烟工人,为了解烟叶复烤作业工人的职业危害,我们对蚌埠门台子烟叶复烤厂进行调查和研究。
