目的:探讨c-myc原癌基因在宫颈病变中的表达及其临床意义。方法:筛选114例宫颈细胞涂片,按最终病理学结果分组,其中正常宫颈20例,CINⅠ20例,CINⅡ25例、CINⅢ25例、宫颈癌24例;同时选取上述病例的宫颈病理切片,均用FISH方法检测c-myc基因的表达情况。结果:①C-myc基因在不同细胞学分级中即ASCUS、LSIL、HSIL和SCC宫颈脱落细胞中的阳性表达率为0.0%、20.8%、38.9%、61.2%、95.2%,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②C-myc基因在不同病理学分级中即正常宫颈、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ及宫颈癌脱落细胞中的阳性表达率分别为0.0%、10.0%、44.0%、72.0%、90.2%,其组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③在宫颈病理切片组织中C-myc基因阳性表达率在正常宫颈、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ及宫颈癌组织中依次为0.0%、20.0%、56.0%、80.0%、95.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:c-myc基因在各级CIN和宫颈癌的脱落细胞及组织中均有异常扩增,其扩增率随着宫颈病变程度增加而增加,提示c-myc基因异常扩增在宫颈病变筛查中具有一定的价值和意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of c-myc proto-oncogene in cervical lesions and its clinical significance. Methods: 114 cases of cervical cell smears were screened according to the final pathological results, including 20 cases of normal cervix, 20 cases of CINⅠ, 25 cases of CINⅡ, 25 cases of CINⅢ and 24 cases of cervical cancer. Conclusion: The c-myc gene is abnormally amplified in the exfoliated cells and tissues of CIN and cervical cancer at all levels. The rate of expansion of c-myc increases with the degree of cervical lesions, suggesting that the abnormal amplification of c-myc gene may be associated with cervical lesions Search has a certain value and meaning.
