Ⅰ.拖拉机修理的交接手续1.机器拖拉机站机务总技师应根据合同把要修理的拖拉机或个别部件送交大修修理厂和修配厂。2.修理交接应填写记录。3.拖拉机或其部件送修时必须完整,拖拉机应能自行开进修理厂(事故除外)。[注]当发现拖拉机或其部件非完整者,或用其他已不能使用零件代替者,拒绝接受修理。4.送修的拖拉机应将外部污垢清除干净并按照技术保养规则进行保养(润滑),如系部件应妥为包装,以免生锈。5.利用铁路发送引擎和部件修理时,应妥为包装,并应妥为保护,以免运输时遭受损伤。
Ⅰ. Handover Procedure of Tractor Repair 1. The chief mechanic of the machine tractor station shall deliver the tractors to be repaired or individual parts to overhaul repair shop and repair shop according to the contract. 2. Repair handover should fill in the record. 3. The tractor or its parts must be completed for repair, and the tractor should be able to enter the repair shop by itself (except for accidents). [Note] Refuse to be repaired if tractor or parts thereof are found incomplete, or replaced with other parts that have not been replaced by parts. 4. Repairing tractors should be cleaned of external dirt and maintenance in accordance with technical maintenance rules (lubrication), if the components should be properly packaged to avoid rust. 5. The use of railroad engine and parts repair, should be properly packaged, and should be properly protected, so as to avoid damage during transport.
