目的掌握长沙市感染性腹泻沙门菌流行以及血清群分布情况,为科学防治提供依据。方法收集辖区内感染性腹泻监测点粪便标本进行沙门菌分离培养,菌株分型鉴定后对其进行菌型分布、流行特征分析。结果 2012~2014年长沙市1 705份标本中共检出104株沙门菌,检出率为6.10%,发病年龄集中在0~2岁婴幼儿,占34.62%(36/104),主要集中在4~9月,占85.58%(89/104),主要流行的血清群是占58.65%(61/104)的B群沙门菌和占18.27%(19/104)的D群沙门菌。结论长沙市沙门菌感染血清群呈多态分布,B群沙门菌为最主要的流行菌,加强夏秋季节食品安全卫生监管对沙门菌感染性腹泻防控有重要意义。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Salmonella and the distribution of serogroups of infectious diarrhea in Changsha so as to provide basis for scientific prevention and treatment. Methods Stool specimens from infectious diarrhea monitoring sites in the area were collected for Salmonella isolation and culture. After the strain was identified, the strain distribution and epidemiological characteristics were analyzed. Results A total of 104 strains of Salmonella were detected in 1 705 samples of Changsha City from 2012 to 2014, with a detection rate of 6.10%. The age of onset of infection was 34.62% (36/104), mainly in 4 ~ September, accounting for 85.58% (89/104). The major epidemic serogroups were 58.65% (61/104) of group B Salmonella and 18.27% (19/104) of group D Salmonella. Conclusion The prevalence of Salmonella infection in Changsha is polymorphic. Salmonella B group is the most important epidemic. It is important to strengthen the supervision of food safety and hygiene during the summer and autumn to prevent and control Salmonella-infected diarrhea.
