乡镇卫生院是农村医疗卫生服务的基层组织,其功能如何、作用大小,不仅直接关系到广大农村防病治病水平的提高以及初级卫生保健目标的实施,也影响着农业生产的发展和社会的稳定。据对我县13家乡镇卫生院的调查,基本结论是:成绩不可否定,问题不容忽视,尤其不可掉以轻心的是,有的问题比较严重而又普遍,有的问题部分存在却影响面大,有些问题虽属个别现象,如不抓紧解决,后果将不堪设想。
