7月5日,中国保监会主办的“偿付能力监管改革与合作国际研讨会”在北京举行,部分新兴市场保险监管机构高层和国际保险监督官协会(IAIS)代表参加了会议。中国保监会主席项俊波出席会议并致辞,他积极倡议加强新兴市场在偿付能力监管方面的交流与合作。中国保监会副主席陈文辉在会上专题介绍了中国第二代偿付能力监管制度体系,并与参会代表进行了广泛交流。
On July 5, the “International Symposium on Solvency Regulatory Reform and Cooperation” sponsored by CIRC was held in Beijing. Some high-level emerging market insurance regulators and representatives of the International Association of Insurance Inspectors (IAIS) attended the meeting. Xiang Junbo, chairman of the CIRC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He actively advocated the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation in emerging market regulation of solvency. Chen Wenhui, vice chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, gave a special presentation on China’s second generation solvency regulation system and made extensive exchanges with delegates.
