本文研究了离子色谱法测定Mg~(2+)、Ca~(2+)、Sr~(2+)和Ba~(2+)的淋洗液和抑制柱的再生条件。我们选用0.004M HNO_3-0.0025MZn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O为淋洗液,在本实验条件下,Mg~(2+)和Ca~(2+),Sr~(2+)和Ba~(2+)的分辨率为100%,Ca~(2+)与Sr~(2+)的分辨率为92%。其最低检出限对Mg~(2+)、Ca~(2+)、Sr~(2+)和Ba~(2+)分别为8ppb、9ppb、40ppb和1.7ppm,抑制柱的再生条件为当天用0.5N NaOH再生30分钟,水洗60分钟。用本法试用于雨水、自来水、污水、河底泥的测定。
In this paper, ion exchange chromatography was developed for the determination of elution of Mg2 +, Ca2 +, Sr2 + and Ba2 + and the regeneration conditions of the column. We chose 0.004M HNO_3-0.0025MZn (NO_3) _2 · 6H_2O as the eluent. Under the experimental conditions, Mg 2+ and Ca 2+, Sr 2+ and Ba 2+ +) Is 100%, and the resolution of Ca 2+ and Sr 2+ is 92%.
