新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)是儿科常见病,具有特征性的神经病理、病理生理过程及非特异的神经系统损伤表现。牛磺酸是人体的条件必需氨基酸,在脑内发挥着平衡大脑兴奋性和抑制性过程的重要作用,还可与甘氨酸受体结合激活皮质纹状体通路。目前有大量关于牛磺酸在各种病理情况下抗兴奋性毒性、抗凋亡和抗炎抗氧化作用的研究,这些生物学功能可能应用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤的治疗发挥脑保护作用。本文通过大量文献复习就此做一综述。
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD) is a common pediatric disease characterized by neuropathology, pathophysiological processes and non-specific neurological damage. Taurine, an essential amino acid in the body, plays an important role in balancing the brain’s excitatory and inhibitory processes in the brain. It also binds to glycine receptors to activate cortical striatal pathways. There are a large number of studies on the effects of taurine on the anti-excitotoxicity, anti-apoptosis and anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation under various pathological conditions. These biological functions may be used in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage Protective effects. This article reviews a large number of literature to do this review.
