党中央有关部门,国务院各部委、各直属机构,全国人大常委会办公厅,全国政协办公厅,高检院,高法院,总参谋部,总政治部,总后勤部,武警总部,有关人民团体,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团财务局:根据《国务院办公厅转发财政部整顿财政周转金方案的通知》(国办发[1999]1号),对财政部门以外政府其他部门设置的有偿使用资金(包括周转金、基金等,下同)也要进行清理整顿。按照国务院规定的时间表,此项工作现在已逾清理整顿期。为了尽快完成清理整顿工作,现将有关收尾工作通知如下:
Relevant departments of the Party Central Committee, ministries and commissions under the State Council, all directly subordinate agencies, the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee, the General Office of the CPPCC National Committee, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the High Court, the General Staff Headquarters, the General Political Department, the General Logistics Department, the Armed Police Headquarters and the relevant people’s organizations (Finance Bureau of Xinjiang), and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: In accordance with the Circular of the General Office of the State Council for Forwarding the Circular of the Ministry of Finance for Reorganizing the Financial Working Capital (Guo Ban Fa [1999] No.1) Paid use of funds (including working capital, funds, etc.) Set up by other government departments other than the financial departments shall also be cleaned up and rectified. According to the schedule stipulated by the State Council, this work is now overdue for rectification.
