作者用激光多普勒系统测量了20只豚鼠在几种不同情况下的耳蜗血流(C B F,Cochlear blood flow)变化。该系统使用波长632.8nm的氦-氖激光,探头可探测1mm~2面积内的血流量变化,在皮肤探测深度为1.5m m。全麻下显露豚鼠耳泡,暴露骨壁后将探头准确置于耳蜗底转骨壁测量CBF,同时用第二套激光多普勒系统探测皮肤血流、无名动脉血流量(代表心输出量),行股动脉插管,记录血压。实验前测出各项平均基值,并以其%计算上升或下降值。
The authors measured changes in cochlear blood flow (C B F, Cochlear blood flow) in 20 guinea pigs using a laser Doppler system.
