长期以来,小学数学传统的“封闭式”课堂,老师讲解多,学生思考少,强求一致多,发展个性少。这样的课堂教学,学生难以体验学习生活的幸福,更谈不上个性的发展。而新课标,新理念下的数学课学习方式是学生自主探索,合作交流与动手实践,它改变了传统教学中的单一化,模式化,教条化与静态化的弊端。《数学课程标准》“以学生的发展为本”作为基本理念,关注学生的学习情感,学习品格,学习智慧和个性的发展。下面谈谈依据《数学课程标准》新理念下我的几点教学体会。一、思:探索解疑——开发学生的创新个性
