如果德育能够转化为教育者的自觉行动,那么德育工作才能取得显著的效果。笔者认为,德育工作需要领导者身体力行的爱,需要班主任的纯粹德育,需要任课教师身体力行的配合,需要全校其余工作人员的密切配合。
If moral education can be translated into conscious action of educators, moral education can achieve remarkable results. The author believes that moral education needs the leader’s love of physical exertion and requires the pure moral education of the teacher in charge of the teacher, which requires the cooperation of the instructor and the close cooperation of the rest of the school’s staff.
