目前,初中化学教学存在的最大问题是将目标锁定为升学、高分。在新课程背景下,笔者对化学教学的理解:关注学生的进步和发展,让学生学会生存,学会学习,学会做人;强调学生化学方面的“个性发展”;通过化学活动,强调“合作性”教育;应以学生自身的发展为基础,改进措施,从中提炼出最优的教学策略。一、奠定优化化学教学的基础1.了解学生分析学生的化学知识背景、学习兴趣、水平、能力和智力等,培养学生自主、合作、探究学习的能力与习惯。2.设置促进化学学习的环境鼓励学生对化学现象大胆设想、质疑;让学生学会从错误中学习,不会因错误受到责骂或讥讽;对成绩暂
