目的研究新创三级甲等(三甲)医院影响业务收入变化的因素,了解医院在晋升三甲医院后医院经营发展情况,为医院管理层提供决策依据。方法运用因素指数分析法综合分析某医院创建三甲医院前、后两个年度收入变化。结果医院晋升三甲医院后与之前同期比较,业务净收入增16,283,238元,增长了4.23%;其中门诊业务收入净增加16,691,050元,增长了10.16%;医院住院业务收入减少407,812元,减少2.05%。结论创三级甲等医院有利于医院收入提高。可能由于医院知名度提升,医疗、护理技术水平及服务质量提高,从而带动医院业务量增长。
Objective To study the factors influencing the business income changes of the newly-listed 3-tier A (3-A) hospitals and to understand the operation and development of the hospitals after they have been promoted to the 3-A hospitals so as to provide decision-making basis for the hospital’s management. Methods Using index of analysis of factors, we analyzed the income changes of two hospitals before and after the establishment of the top three hospitals in a hospital. Results After the hospital was promoted to the top three hospitals, its net operating income increased by RMB16,283,238 or 4.23% over the same period of the previous year. Among which, net income from outpatient services increased by RMB16,691,050 or up by 10.16%. Hospital inpatient income decreased by RMB407,812 or 2.05%. Conclusions A Grade-3 A-level hospital is conducive to higher hospital income. May increase the hospital’s business volume due to the increase of hospital’s popularity, improvement of medical and nursing skills and service quality.
