教师评价素养作为教师组织教学活动并且对学生的学业能力进行评估的表现,应当同教师的其他专业素养一样被重视起来,并作为教师职业能力的重要考核内容加以重视。初中思想品德课是一门注重培育学生道德、法律观念的德育课程,课程性质决定了该课程不能以简单的标准化测验为主要评价方式,而是应该更加注重素质化的评价方式。这就要求初中思想品德课教师建构符合素质教育理念的评价素养,并将此作为与其他科学素养并重的发展方向。
Teachers’ evaluation of literacy, as a teacher’s teaching activities and the evaluation of students’ academic ability, should be taken as seriously as other professional qualifications of teachers and valued as important examination contents of teachers’ professional abilities. The moral education curriculum in junior middle school is a moral education curriculum focusing on cultivating students’ morality and law concepts. The nature of the curriculum determines that the curriculum can not be modeled simply by standardized tests, but should pay more attention to quality evaluation. This requires junior high school ideological and morality class teachers to construct the quality of evaluation in line with the concept of quality education, and as an equal emphasis with other scientific literacy direction of development.
