目的确定某电冶企业项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法、定量分级法。结果该项目总体布局、生产工艺、设备布置、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、个人使用的职业病防护用品、辅助用室、应急救援、职业卫生管理基本符合卫生要求。对主要职业病危害因素、照度、微小气候进行检测,镍、铅(尘)、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、三氧化硫、硫酸、氢氧化钠检测结果未超过职业接触限值,其余超限值率为:铅(烟)12.5%,二氧化硫10.5%,粉尘11.1%,高温22.2%,噪声22.2%,照度100%,微小气候42.8%。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,采取的综合治理措施,基本能满足职业病危害的防护要求。
Objective To determine the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by a project of electrometallurgy, analyze the degree of harm, and evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination, checklist analysis, quantitative grading. Results The overall layout, production technology, equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational disease protection facilities, occupational disease protection articles for personal use, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue and occupational health management basically met the hygiene requirements. The main occupational hazards, illumination, micro-climate testing, nickel, lead (dust), ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur trioxide, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide test results did not exceed the occupational exposure limits, the rest The limit rates are: lead (smoke) 12.5%, sulfur dioxide 10.5%, dust 11.1%, high temperature 22.2%, noise 22.2%, illumination 100%, micro-climate 42.8%. Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious occupational disease hazards. The comprehensive control measures adopted can basically meet the protection requirements of occupational hazards.
