本刊提示：在国有企业公司制改革中，如何构建有中国特色的公司治理结构，以使其既保持国有资产的公有制性质，又表现出较高的活力和效率，是国有企业公司制改革中必须解决的深层次问题。面对诸多矛盾，本文从微观上对科学构建公司治理结构进行了探讨。
The publication reminds us how to build a corporate governance structure with Chinese characteristics in the reform of the state-owned enterprise corporate system so that it not only maintains the public ownership nature of state-owned assets, but also shows high vitality and efficiency.
