宁德地区行政公署,各市、县(区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:自《福建省城镇集资建房管理规定》(闽政[1996]23号)颁布执行以来,各地集资建房的行为得到规范,集资建房工作取得积极成效。但是,随着《国务院关于进一步深化城镇住房制度改革加快住房建设的通知》(国发[1998]23号,以下简称《通知》)出台,《福建省城镇集资建房管理规定》中的一些条款与《通知》精神不相符,为认真贯彻落实《通知》精神,进一步做好新形势下我省集资建房的工作,根据《通知》精神和我省深化住房
