盐酸哌替啶(又名度冷丁)注射液是拟吗啡类药物,其含量测定方法,中国药典采用乙醚提取,酸碱滴定法;英国药典采用氯仿提取,高氯酸滴定法。两法虽准确,但操作繁琐、费时。本实验采用二阶导数光谱法,利用对照品直接测定其含量,方法简便,快速,结果较为满意。仪器与药品岛津UV-250分光光度计;盐酸哌替啶原料:青海制药厂;盐酸哌替啶注射液:沈阳第一制药厂。实验方法与结果
Pethidine hydrochloride (also known as meperidine) injection is a morphine drugs, its content determination method, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia using ether extraction, acid-base titration; British Pharmacopoeia using chloroform extraction, perchloric acid titration. Although the two law is accurate, but the operation is cumbersome and time-consuming. The experiment using second-derivative spectroscopy, the direct use of reference substance to determine its content, the method is simple and fast, the results are more satisfactory.
