女性馆员是图书馆队伍中的主体,研究女性馆员的素质对于图书馆员队伍建设有着十分重要的意义。分析了高校图书馆女性馆员的优势和劣势,列举现阶段女性馆员的不足,提出了提高女性馆员综合素质的相应对策。
Female librarians are the main body of the library team. Studying the quality of the female librarians is of great significance to the construction of the librarian team. The advantages and disadvantages of the female librarians in the university library are analyzed. The shortage of the female librarians in the current stage is listed. Corresponding countermeasures to improve the overall quality of the female librarians are put forward.
