我们回顾性分析了我科2004年7月至2013年1月间外科手术治疗的6例肺大细胞神经内分泌癌(LCNEC)患者的诊断、治疗和预后,以期为提高其临床疗效提供证据。1临床资料与方法1.1一般资料全组共6例,男5例、女1例,年龄46(36~68)岁。伴有临床症状4例:咳嗽伴咯血2例,咳嗽伴胸痛1例,胸痛伴气紧1例,体检发现2例。5例男性患者均有大量吸烟史,为400~1 800年支。胸部增强CT检查提示中
We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 6 patients with LCNEC treated surgically from July 2004 to January 2013 in order to provide evidence to improve their clinical efficacy. 1 Clinical data and methods 1.1 General Information The whole group of 6 patients, 5 males and 1 females, aged 46 (36 to 68) years old. 4 cases with clinical symptoms: cough with hemoptysis in 2 cases, cough with chest pain in 1 case, chest pain with gas tight in 1 case, physical examination found in 2 cases.
