重庆花卉大餐是一家以花卉为主题的时尚餐厅,该店以鲜花、野菜、野菌、瓜、果、叶、竹、根八大类绿色蔬菜为主要原料制成各种特色菜肴。其中,瓜果菜品是用含有天然香味的瓜肉烹调而成,口感清爽细嫩;果类菜品带有浓郁的果香;叶类菜品则散发出植物淡雅的清香。另外还有竹香四溢的竹类菜品,原始野性的根类菜品,山野气息的野菌类菜品,以及从西双版纳空运来的野菜类菜品。当然,最具代表性的还数这里的花卉类菜品。
