1 当前的种业形式科技的加速发展和外来资金的融入,大大提高了生产率,各育种单位和公司向市场提供的产品和服务,也是前所末有的多样化。结果是,在越来越饱和的产业中,供给超过了需求。中国加入世界贸易组织使得情况更加复杂化。随着国家和地区间的贸易壁垒被拆除,以及有关种子产品和价格的信息在瞬息间就可传遍全球,垄断空间在不断消失。这样,一方面,供给因为竞争加剧而增加;另一方面,并无准确数据表示全国范围乃至世界范围内的需求是否有所增加,相反,统计数字表明目前我们可耕作的土地面积还在减小。
1. The current form of seed industry The accelerated development of science and technology and the integration of external funds have greatly increased the productivity of products and services provided by various breeding units and companies to the market. As a result, in an increasingly saturated industry, supply exceeds demand. China’s accession to the World Trade Organization makes the situation even more complicated. With the removal of barriers to trade between countries and regions and the spread of information on seed products and prices, the monopoly space is disappearing in a flash. In this way, on the one hand, supply has increased due to increased competition; on the other hand, there is no accurate data on whether there has been an increase in demand, both nationally and worldwide. On the contrary, statistics show that the area of land we are currently cultivating is still decreasing .
