2004年5月22日-23日,由西北大学主办的“第五届中国MBA发展论坛”在西安国际会议中心隆重举行。本届论坛以“财智时代:企业与MBA”为主题,以“沟通联合,共同发展”为使命。来自国内外的政界要员、商界精英、著名学者、优秀MBA学员等1400余人汇聚一堂,共商环球经济形势,探讨中国经济热点,谋求中国MBA创业之大计,描绘西部发展之美景。论坛会上,我们有幸采访了西北大学经济管理学院院长白永秀教授,并就西部地区社会经济发展现状与经营管理人才培养等问题和白教授做了更深一步的交流。此次谈话的主题为西部企业发展和经营管理人才的培养,其中涉及的犀利观点对中国企业发展具有普遍的启示。
From May 22 to May 23, 2004, the “5th China MBA Development Forum” sponsored by Northwestern University was held at Xi'an International Convention Center. This forum takes the theme of “Choi Chi Times: Business and MBA” as its mission and “communication, cooperation and common development” as its mission. More than 1,400 prominent politicians, business elites, renowned scholars and outstanding MBA students from home and abroad gathered to discuss the global economic situation, discuss China's economic hotspots, make plans for China's MBA start-ups and portray the beauty of the development of the western region. At the forum, we were fortunate to interview Professor Bai Yongxiu, Dean of School of Economics and Management of Northwestern University, and made further exchanges with Professor Bai on issues such as the status of social and economic development in the western region and the cultivation of management personnel. The theme of this talk was the development of western enterprises and the cultivation of management personnel. The sharp opinions involved in this talk have generally enlightened the development of Chinese enterprises.
