面对缺乏商业诱惑的乡村市场,仅靠扶贫的热情是远远不够的,智慧和勇气在这里比在城市市场更具考量。创造什么样的模式运营这些被赋予伟大或崇高色彩的项目,也是一门需要探试的学问。2001年9月,贵州平坝县天龙村小伙陈云开发的乡村旅游项目——天龙屯堡文化区开始接待游客。经过6年的发展,这里成为一个中外游客云集的旅游天堂,天龙屯堡的名声由此也越来越大。
