目的观察静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法共65例,治疗组30例,对照组35例,治疗组加丙种球蛋白200mg.kg-1.d-1,静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程为3天。观察两组心力衰竭纠正时间及住院天数。结果以x-±s表示,两组间比较采用t检验。结果治疗组心力衰竭纠正时间比对照组缩短,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组住院天数比对照组缩短,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论毛细支气管炎合并心力衰竭患儿静注丙种球蛋白,可以快速纠正心力衰竭,缩短病程,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intravenous gamma globulin on bronchiolitis with heart failure. Methods A total of 65 cases, the treatment group 30 cases, control group 35 cases, the treatment group plus gamma globulin 200mg.kg-1.d-1, intravenous infusion, once daily for 3 days. Two groups of heart failure correction time and hospitalization days were observed. The results were expressed as x- ± s, t test was used to compare the two groups. Results The correction time of heart failure in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01). The length of hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Gouty bronchitis patients with intravenous gamma globulin, can quickly correct heart failure, shorten the course of the disease, it is worth to promote the use of the clinic.
